My name is Jessica. But I prefer “Jessie”, it sounds cuter. In the Travian Blog I use my nickname “MiaMizuno”.

What is your profession?
Since I have my BA of Arts in North American studies, I am kind of a regional scientist.
How long have you been working for Travian?
One and a half year.
What’s your job at Travian? (Or what have they told you?)
I mainly work as QA Tester in the Travian IV department. Additionally, I am reporter on the Travian blog on Mondays.
What’s your favorite genre and game?
Genre is easy: western RPGs as well as Japanese role play games. Favourite game is really hard to tell. I have spent most of my childhood with playing Pokemon. And games that I consider as the best games that I have played are “Lost Odyssey”, “Golden Sun” and “Final Fantasy 9”. “The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion” and “Skyrim” should not be forgotten as well ;).
What was your first impression of online games?
I started with “Flyff” with friends. After that, it was “Runes of Magic” and finally “AION”. But I do not keep up with the current online games, since it is boring to play solo. All my buddies have now kids and not really time for playing. I miss the times where we all met together with our laptops and played online.
What is the biggest challenge in Travian for you?
Deniying the cakes and other stuff that are being promoted in the e-mails on a daily basis.
What would you do once you achieved world domination?
Free beer for everybody! And I would pay scientists to invent magic!
But to be more severe: I am for a better and more responsible resource utilization.
What should be the next invention?
Non-hackable micro-chips for brains that improve learning.
