We would like to thank you for being so patient in the last couple of days regarding some of the server issues that you had to experience.
We would like to take this opportunity to admit that we misjudged the issues that happened at the beginning of this week. Due to the experiences with the last few DDoS attacks we had to deal with in the past couple of weeks, we assumed this was yet another attack because it first presented as such. It turned out to be an internal issue that we were able to successfully identify and fix.
Due to this being an issue on our side, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences this technical issue brought with it. We will be sending 30 Gold to each affected account on any of the servers listed below, as compensation for your lost time.
