Overview: A few improvements, including a fix to let everyone create alliance banners.

TL-10365 – Improved information when you don’t have enough resources to upgrade a building/resource field in a village with 18 crop fields (only available on New Year Special).

TL-10553 – It wasn’t possible to create an alliance banner if you didn’t have permission to change alliance description. It was fixed and now everyone can create banners and access the galery of banners created by others in the alliance. However, still only players with the permission to change alliance description may select one of the created banners and set it for the alliance.
TL-10605 – Using “report a player” feature was not showing a confirmation message. Fixed.
TL-10573 – Fixed missing text in a tooltip on the “refer a friend” page.
TL-10350 – Fixed a rare issue with password recovery, if you deleted your account and then created a new one on the same gameworld using the same email address.
